Bring back taco night! Inspired by Old El Paso's Taco Dinner Kit, these taco recipes are both delicious and fun to assemble. First up, Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
2 cups salsa
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 avocado
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Taco Shells
Directions:
1. Cook Chicken and Salsa:
Add 2 cups salsa to skillet over medium-low; add shredded rotisserie chicken. Heat through
2. Prep Toppings:
Slice 1 avocado into wedges. Grate 1 cup Monterey Jack. Measure out ½ cup sour cream
3. Season & Assemble:
Heat taco shells until warm.Fill with chicken and toppings. Add lime juice and chopped cilantro.
Serves 4.
