To make this face, you'll need: 
Cooked kale or spinach (hair and eyebrows)
Fried eggs (eyes)
Olives with pimento (eyes and ears)
Sliced ham (nose and tongue)
Bread, sliced in half horizontally (mouth and chin)

Arrange as shown and dig in!
