Kentucky bourbon and molasses add a pleasantly sweet, smoky character to tender, juicy pork. Try this recipe from the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in Bardstown, Ky., where the spirit has been made since 1776. Serve it with the fest's Orange and Onion Salad with Blue Cheese and Bourbon Dressing.
1. Mix together rosemary, thyme, garlic, molasses, bourbon, oil, and salt and pepper. Place pork tenderloin in marinade and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2. Remove pork from marinade and cook in a 350°F oven about 20–30 minutes. (Can also grill if you prefer.)
