ingredients:
Mango-avocado salsa
(make night before):

1 jar medium salsa (hot for the bold, mild for the meek)
½ mango, diced
1 firm avocado, diced
1 shot 1800 tequila

Burgers:
2 lb 80/20 ground beef
5 Tbsp taco-seasoning mix
1 shot 1800 tequila
Large hamburger buns
Shredded cheddar cheese
Mango-avocado salsa
Lettuce
Sour cream
Sliced green onions
Sliced black olives

1. Make salsa. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let set overnight.

2. Combine ground beef, taco seasoning, and tequila in a large bowl; mix thoroughly. Separate into 6 patties.

3. Grill patties over an open flame until they reach desired doneness. Place on buns and top with cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream, green onions, and black olives.
