1 lb turkey sausages
1 each green and red bell pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 cups marinara sauce
8 polenta slices
At a glance:
1. Cook turkey sausages until done. Remove from pan and slice.
2. Sauté bell peppers in 1 Tbsp olive oil until soft. Add sausage and marinara sauce to pan. Simmer 5 minutes.
