
1. Sprinkle 3 sliced tomatoes with ½ tsp salt; drain in a colander.
2. Bake a 9-inch tart shell at 375°F for 10 minutes. Cool.
3. Top with tomatoes, ½ cup chopped basil, 3 chopped garlic cloves, ½ cup grated mozzarella, and ½ cup grated Parmesan.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
