
1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté garlic in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 30 seconds. Add vegetables and broth. Reduce heat and cook for 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Stir in pasta, 2 Tbsp basil, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp basil, ¼ cup Parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.
