1. Combine flour, 1⁄2 tsp salt, and 1⁄4 tsp pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil for 30 seconds. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Remove chicken to a large bowl.
3. In same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp pepper, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Add chicken. Cover; simmer for 25 minutes or until done. Serve with linguine.
