3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
2 cups diced leftover turkey
¹⁄³ cup capers, drained
2 (6-oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup shaved Parmesan
