Pomegranates and pistachios are my favorite combination this time of year. The pomegranate arils look like festive little jewels and combined with pistachios, the color combination screams Holidays. Pomegranate arils are available in convenient containers if you don't want to open a messy pomegranate.

ingredients: Add all to shopping list
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt , strained
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp unsalted pistachios, shelled
2 Tbsp pomegranate arils
At a glance:
Whisk the yogurt and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Pour into 2 small dessert bowls or glasses and top with pistachios and pomegranate arils.
