These chicken meatball sliders enjoy south-of-the-border flair with some taco seasoning, salsa, and avocado. To really kick up the flavor, serve with an onion and cilantro garnish

1 1/2 lb ground chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
8 slider rolls
½ cup salsa
1 ripe avocado, sliced

At a glance:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In medium bowl, combine chicken, salt, garlic, taco seasoning, bread crumbs and egg. Form into 8 balls. Bake for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Slice rolls. Fill with meatballs. Top with salsa, avocado, onion, and chopped cilantro.
