
1. Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for 25 minutes. Preheat grill.
2. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chipotles, and salt.
3. Cube chicken. Dice bell pepper and thinly slice zucchini. Thread chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill on medium for 6 minutes. Brush with sauce. Return to grill and cook for 3 minutes more or until chicken is done.
