
A grilled hamburger should be fun and easy to eat: crusty on the outside, chewy and juicy on the inside. And it has to have cheese on it. Always. That said, there’s still room to be creative. Use this recipe as your canvas for a juicy masterpiece.
1. Heat grill to high.
2. Form the meat into 4 burgers. Brush with oil; season the burgers on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked medium inside.
