We took Quaker’s classic and gave it a tangy bite. The secret ingredient that makes this meatloaf so tasty is ... milk. It creates a nice ‘n’ tender texture.

1½ lb ground turkey
1 large egg
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup uncooked Quaker Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned)
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dry mustard
3 Tbsp BBQ sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Smear a 9 x 5–inch loaf pan with vegetable oil.
3. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except BBQ sauce. Mix well.
4. Put mixture in loaf pan. Top with BBQ sauce; bake for 1 hour uncovered.
5. Remove from oven; let cool for 15 minutes. Cut into ½-inch slices.
