
1. Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
2. Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Add ½ cup water and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
3. Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes, turning once. Brush with sauce.
4. Cook, brushing occasionally with sauce, about 20 minutes more. Turn heat to medium in last few minutes of cooking to brown meat. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
