This cheesy barbecued chicken pizza makes for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

1 (12-inch) baked pizza crust
1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
1 (9-oz) package Perdue Short Cuts roasted chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1⁄2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1⁄2–1 roasted red bell pepper, sliced
1⁄2 cup chopped red onion
1 1⁄2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
At a glance:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
