1. In a large, shallow bowl, beat eggs with milk. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon.
2. Soak French bread in egg mixture for 5 minutes. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Flip over slices. Sprinkle with Raisin Bran, pressing cereal into bread. Bake at 425°F for 6 to 7 minutes. When cereal is golden brown and bread is crisp, remove from oven. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
