'Saved by the Bell'  teen dream Tiffani Thiessen talked to PARADE about life as a new mom, her new role on 'White Collar', and her favorite farmer's market veggie--kale. Thiessen shares her trick to making the perfect kale chip: "These come out tasting like a version of potato chips— awesome and much better for you. The key is to make sure the leaves are super-dry after you’ve washed them and don’t put too much oil on them. If they’re too wet they won’t get crispy."

3. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the leaves—very, very lightly—and a bit of sea salt. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes, until crispy. Be careful not to leave them in too long or they will burn!
