
1. Grease 4 ½ -quart slow cooker bowl.
2. Melt butter in milk over low heat in medium saucepan. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir in extract and sugar, then sifted flour and cocoa, and egg. Spread mixture into cooker bowl.
3. Sift brown sugar and extra cocoa evenly over mixture; gently pour boiling water evenly over mixture. Cook, covered, on high, about 2½ hours or until center is firm.
4. Remove bowl from cooker. Stand pudding 5 minutes before serving.
