asked Michael Bublé how he spends his Sundays, he said "I'll hang with Grandpa and his buddies at the local McDonald's and talk hockey for hours. And I like to cook at home. I make a really nice asparagus risotto, and flan with dulce de leche." Below is Bublé's specialty risotto recipe.

ingredients: Add all to shopping list
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2 to 3 yellow bell peppers, cubed
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into small pieces
3 chicken bouillon cubes (Oxo), crumbled
1/2 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups arborio rice
1/2 cup water
At a glance:
1. In a large skillet, saute the onion in butter until translucent. Add peppers and carrots and saute until soft. Add the asparagus and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken bouillon cubes and half the Parmesan.
2. Stir in the rice and 1/2 cup water. Cook, stirring, until the water is absorbed. Continue to cook, adding water by the half cup and stirring continuously, until the rice is tender. Stir in the remaining Parmesan and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
