Sometimes it seems challenging to make something quick and easy that I also can feel good about serving to my family. Not to mention coming up with a dish everyone will like - I have quite the picky crew here. With a mid-western meat and potatoes man and a terrific two year old to please, I went back to basics. This Hearty Italian Sausage and Potato Skillet is just that, with simple and delicious flavors that everyone loves.
This fabulous Italian-inspired dish comes together all in one skillet and the herbs and spices really make the flavors pop. Plus, the sausage and potatoes make this perfect for my meat and potatoes man. I am also pleased to announce this dish is officially a member of the clean plate club–everyone loves it so much that there is absolutely no hope of leftovers. And as if that wasn't enough reason to make this– it's only 30 minutes prep to plate with little clean up. Triple bonus!
