I love Chinese food. I actually crave it. What I don’t love is eating out. I truly enjoy preparing and sitting down to an amazing meal with my family at our kitchen table.
I was very fortunate growing up; we had a home cooked meal every day of the week, and we always sat down together to enjoy food and family. The dinner table was one place we took the time to slow down and talked about our day, all while spending quality time together. This is a tradition I am carrying on with my family, so I make sure we enjoy dinner together everyday.
My mom would create her very own version of pizza, Chinese food, and American classics. Today, however, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time to recreate these fabulous dishes at home, but trust me–there is! In less time than it would take to pick up take-out, you can have this incredibly popular Chinese dish on your table ready to be enjoyed. It’s so good, everyone will swear you bought it at a fine Chinese restaurant!
