Wooden embroidery hoops frame these DIY spider webs. Try different size hoops and colors of yarn for variety.

What you’ll need:
• Wooden embroidery hoop (the one shown is 12 inches in diameter)
• Fuzzy yarn
• White duct tape
• Plastic spider

Directions:
1.
Separate hoop into 2 rings. Cut 4 pieces of yarn, each slightly longer than hoop diameter. Lay strands across hoop in a wagon wheel pattern as shown. Pull taut and attach to outside edge of ring using strips of duct tape. Replace outer ring and tighten. Trim excess yarn.

2. Cut an 8-yard piece of yarn. (Note: Length will depend on size of hoop.) Wind into a small ball. Tie one end near center of "wheel" and begin winding yarn in concentric circles, wrapping it around each "spoke" as you go to create a web. Tie off yarn at end; snip away any extra bits. Place plastic spider on web.
