Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs by
Pham Fatale

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Enchiladas by
Bev Cooks
Okay, this one does require 40 minutes of baking in the oven (Hey, you've got to have melty cheese and bubbly sauce!), but by the looks and description of these shredded enchiladas, it's worth it. Bev writes: "I shredded it, tasted it, lost consciousness, fell to the floor, stood up, tasted it again, repeated steps 3, 4 and 5, then added diced green chiles, and repeated steps 2, 3, 4 and 5, 67 more times." .... How can you not want to try this recipe after that!
