How to Peel a Hard-Boiled Egg

Ever wonder if there's a better way to peel an egg rather than just leaving it to chance? Here's a way to guarantee a clean peel everytime. 

For easy shell removal, choose slightly older eggs (why older eggs? click here to find out). After boiling, remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain; chill in ice water. Gently tap shell to crack. Peel under cold running water or submerged in cold water.
