"Dear dashboard,
My kids love taking sandwiches to school but complain that they get soggy by lunchtime. Is there any way to prevent this?"
—Barbara Price, via Facebook
The soggy sandwich strikes again! Don’t fret. Try this: Leave out damp veggies like pickles or tomatoes; instead, put those in a plastic bag to be added later. Freeze a juice box, wrap in a napkin, and pack alongside the sandwich to keep it cool.

Test out the solution on these
Turkey, Apple and Cheese Sandwiches. They are healthy and just the perfect combination of sweet, crunchy, and savory. Make an extra to slip into your lunch bag, but don't forget to pack the apple slices in a snack bag to be added later!
