Jump-start your morning by whipping up a frittata. Use this
Frittata with Pancetta and Potatoes recipe as a guide. Replace the fillings with one of the four combos below—or create your own! You'll need 1 to 2 cups of filling for every 4 to 6 eggs. Stir ingredients into the beaten eggs before pouring into a nonstick, ovenproof skillet.
- Cooked broccoli and sautéed mushrooms
- Peeled, diced tomato and cubed mozzarella
- Minced ham and cubed cheddar
- Cooked spinach, squeezed dry, and chopped scallions
