ingredients:
1⁄2 (1.75-liter) box ice cream, softened
2 cups persimmon pulp
1⁄2 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Whipped topping

directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Freeze. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Serve with whipped topping.
