1. Put Old Bay on the rim of each glass; chill glasses. Add ¼ cup crab meat to each glass.
2. Mix cold V8 with lemon juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, Tabasco, and garlic powder. Shake with ice. Strain onto crab. You may add vodka if you wish, 1 oz per glass.
